To assist persons with developmental disablities obtaining employment opportunities.

To assist and educate employers to the potential of hiring people with developmental disabilities and to identify employers who would be willing to hire such individuals.

To implement appropriate supports for the benefit of both the employer, the client and the support worker.

To monitor and evaluate the job placement to ensure its success.
